There are many things that can adversely affect resin and precious metals.
Follow these instructions to ensure your jewelry will last as long as possible.
Avoid the following:
⁃ alcohol based products (hand sanitizer, hand soap, dish detergents, facial cleansers, perfumes, lotions)
⁃ extended UV exposure (wearing your jewelry in tanning beds or leaving your jewelry anywhere that receives direct sunlight)
⁃ humidity (storing your jewelry in a room that has a high humidity level such as a steamy bathroom or near a humidifier)
⁃ water (bathing, swimming, or washing dishes with your jewelry on)
⁃ extreme heat (near an open flame, body heat from sleeping with your jewelry on, leaving your jewelry in a car in hot weather)

Sterling silver jewelry naturally tarnishes over time. If needed, clean the metal portion of your jewelry with a specific silver polishing cloth while avoiding the stone.
